1.Opening hours: Participants can build up from 8 until 10 o’clock. Visitors are allowed Sunday from 10 until 18PM.

2. When a stand isn’t build up before 10 o’clock, the organization has the right to refuse you and give the stand to another participant. Without the right of a compensation.

3. Each participant is personally responsible for damages (of whatever nature) by or because of the tenant during the duration of the fair and during the building up and run-down period.

4. In case of powerlessness, the participants lose the right of a compensation.

5. After receiving our confirmation of your registration, your registration is binding. The organization can refuse your registration without giving any reason.

6. The organization isn’t responsible when certain participants aren’t in order with their administration.

7. All participants have to follow the Belgian Legislation concerning the sell of animals.

8. Your registration is final when you have paid the total amount on your invoice.
